Bastian should go back being a Breton

We all see it. He's started out as a Breton early on in development, his name, his background story, his speech patterns; it doesn't fit the Imperial style. Should embrace what you built for him in the beginning and stick with it, would be all the better especially his Racial passive would probably be a form of "Spell Attunement" where he has elemental resists and doubles when inflicted with a status ailment, would definitely help him survive attacks a little better.

I haven't spent much time with Bastian since I want to experience it fresh on live, but does he address his heritage as a High Rock-raised Imperial in his dialogue?

Given how much the cultures of Tamriel mix, I'd expect to see a lot more people whose names don't match their physical race. There are a few characters here and there who are like this already, but an Imperial with a Breton name and backstory doesn't really contradict lore, in my opinion.

As for his passives... Companions overall need to be sturdier. I'd rather see them make system changes than simply change his passive abilities to be more defensive.
