The daily random should just be base game dungeons. Easy fix.
I don’t sub and a main reason I don’t is because I will never get a DLC. I also can not go to a DLC if I want to. So it’s not a great perk but reason enough for me not to sub.
XP and crystals I want every day. Gear farming; once and done. So I want gear I sub for a month and farm it, fill the craft bag and unsub.
I’ve learned to manage my inventory and I’m not crippled in any meaningful way by not subbing but I probably would sub if I didn’t dnt have to get a DLC for a random.
So in my case at least ZOS is losing out on a sub.

THIS. I almost lost it the other day. I was on my tank running a random normal- not on a high dps with a taunt queued as a tank. My actual tank. This guy was 2400+cp as a dps I thought man this’ll be quick. The guy literally did nothing but heavy attack with a lightning staff ONCE in a while. Most of the time he would literally crouch to hide during boss fights. He was kicked from group after the fist boss haha. We were at scalecaller which went flawlessly when we got another dps. Lol

That would cut down on rapid fire alt-queuing-and-quitting when players get the random dungeon they queued for instead of what they really want: the Daily Random Quick 'N Easy FG1 Dungeon.
Counter offer, if you complete a dlc in random you get extra rewards. Nobody can cheat it. Gives more initiative to stay inside.

Do both, implement a punishment system AND better incentivize players to play the DLC dungeons
