It's fine to have SOME NPCs in IC but not that many. The density of NPCs in IC maybe comparable to dungeons.
2. NPC guards with multiple debuffs in Cyrodiil resources. What's the point of adding all those Debuffs? I can solo them easily but it's so boring.
3. NPCs you need to kill or rescue during PvP events to get event tickets. They're PvP events. What's he point of dropping tickets by doing PvE tasks?No improvement on Cyrodill servers -> no ESO plus renewal.0 -
