Dark Shade attacks innocents if you cast right after dismounting

So I'm not going to test this much more considering I don't want a larger bounty but on Xbox I was in Mournhold, Deshaan and pressed RT to get off my horse while immediately after casting Dark Shade and my reticule happened to be on an innocent NPC and the shade attacked them. I recreated this 3 times on 3 different NPCs.
