As the title says. Wanted to try it to see how good it is and I know the proc appears on the enemy like a fire star but I block and nothing. Wanted to know if I am doing something wrong or if it is really not working

NTC150✭tried it right now with a Bog Dog right next to the Blackwood wayshrine and nothing. I am back baring this set but have tried only to be on the back bar and no luck
