With the change to how proc sets work, do you think it would be possible to build a pve viable DPS with HP and damage as the main stats to increase? I know it's totally possible in PVP, but PVE is a completely different beast to tackle.
Depends on your definition of viable, and also what level of content you are thinking of bringing it into.
Viable is over 60k dps workable in at least mid end game content like harder vet dungeons or normal trials. I think theorycrafting and even bringing a build to a playable state MIGHT be able to pull that off, though you'd be hard pressed to get something above 80k dps, and would have even more trouble making it viable for vet trials. My problem is it's such a new field to explore that I'm unsure where exactly to start, other than probably ignoring crit since just getting it to work would have to sacrifice something.
