#1 Tutorial
I did hope to be able to see beautiful Naryu liberating me from chains, Oriandra releasing me from a yaghra’s grasp, or Zamarak waking me up, buuut no.
Honestly, a screen ‘where you’d like to begin’ would be enough. For new people – Balfiera, for others – the rest, as we have already been introduced to the content.

#1 Return to Balfiera
Do you remember that we are able to return to Firemoth Island for a shor time when in Seyda Neen? (quest). The same could be done to Adamantine Tower, yet via time-travel. Mayeb with a helping tentacle form Hermee? I mean, knowledge, right?
‘Come, my champion, bask in my presence. Uh, no… Hey, Vestige, you want to get to Balfiera from the distant past? Sure, bring me a book I have coveted, or will have coveted for ages, yet those Direnni have refused, will have refused to share. So, Vestige, be a good, loyal servant and I will help you stop Dagon.
For those who love Hermee, they’ll help him. For those who hate him for what he’s done to Miraak in the past OR will do to the Last Dragonborn, you can… defy him and face some one-time consequences?
#2 Portals to the Deadlands in Vanilla zones – only if one has Blackwood.
Vanilla zones have Dolmens, Summerset – Geysers, Elsweyr – dragons, W Skyrim+the Reach – Harrowstorms. And they are quite spectacular, aren’t they?
When it comes to Mehrunes Dagon’s portals, they are relatively small – just a handful of NPCs and the portal. Maybe place the portals where M’aiq would otherwise spawn? Ratio: 33% - the mangy liar, 34% - nothing, 33% - the portal. And wasn’t it Mehrunes who in the 3rd Era tried to conquer whole Tamriel – by creating stable portals, instead of some rifts?
Those who do not have Blackwood will be unable to enter
#3 Norg-Tzel
Are you planning to do anything about it? Leaving as a usable possibility? It’s closer to Murkmire, true, but still a part of Blackmarsh. Make it a delve like Wasten Coraldale – there’s still time until June. Let Blackwood have 7 delves. Honestly, it’s been so long …
