Question about Doomvault Capraxus

I see some people have gone pretty far in the main quest, but I'm at the point where I'm exploring Doomvault Capraxus with Eveli, and I've lowered a drawbridge but an invisible wall keeps me from crossing it. How did people get past that? Reloading/relogging didn't fix it.

✭✭✭✭✭There was a drawbridge in Porcixid with a similar issue - didn't need to lower it but there was still an invisible wall around it. It was possible to get around the invisible wall in that one but you did end up falling in the lava as a result. In Porcixid?
