We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European console megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.

Don't get too hyped up for templar changes.

It does nothing and is unviable for pvp. Only pve if you are a tank and standing in one place. However, thinking about it, it's probably inviable there as well. What is the healer for? It's seriously not going to help in vMA. Another looks good on paper but not in practice change. I was hyped up just like the zos team when they thought of it thinking that it would solve the underlying problem. It did not.

Ain't nobody going to risk standing in that rune for that. It's not worth the risk. Just like it wasn't worth the risk for the previous buff.

I'd rather have the rune follow me and give half of the healing it does right now.

Only one guy might be able to use it but he should conclude the same thing. (That Health Templar Guy on youtube)ESO. (y'all know who I am talking about) He moves around a lot. He's not gonna use it. Stainding in one place is just not viable in this game anymore. It will resonate with the new players for a bit, but after they become seasoned they'll too realize it's not viable. Like power of the light.

And so the stamplar health problem continues to be unsolved.

I tried my best with stamplar but it just is bad. I am now going to play this purely as a magplar come next patch.

I don't have an answer to wth would make me want to stand in that circle. Reminds me of when I stood in that small circle for lord warden. Almost made me delete that set. Then they expanded the range and gave me breathing room.

Standing in that small circle not moving = high risk. The reward should be high. Especially if we continued to stand in there until the end of the duration.

Templar and dk are not optimal in pvp environment since they have the drawback of being melee and nothing else to compensate.
I accept at this point that they are the classes you play if u want the game to be more challanging with no reward whatsoever.

they "S7anDer;zE" things seemingly without ever thinking of what will happen to individual class. Its all about warden, necro now anyways. If this is willingly the route they are taking i got nothing to say. If they are ACTUALLY making an effort to make the game more "bA1aNceD" it is utterly and disappointingly pathetic.

another problem is the dlc classes that do everything better in every aspect. The biggest mistake zos made was adding extra classes when they cant even balance the vanilla ones. So now basically warden and necromancer have essentially replaced DK and templar sadly.

Well i dont want to go batsit conspiracy theory area but at the brink of leaving the game and holding on to it just because i dont even know, i rather believe this was the idea of zos to make them stronger in the first place rather than believing them shoving nec, ward into the game and taking a big fat dump on top of everything else.
I am sure devs play their game but what i expect and what is delivered is so far from each other. And that is okay, but i am not sure if i can accept this particular game as is with all that is going on in the pvp side of things. And how my relationship with the game is.
There. An emotional rollercoaster in a single comment.

It will not make templar bruisers viable, but it's free heal for all the templars on a skill everybody use.

And as to templars strengths compared to other classes, they are hit by free 20% critical resistance harder than any other class.

Sure it is a "good step in the right direction" although my previous experiences tell me taking steps in the right direction mean absolutely nothing. You have to start running or will end up taking 4 steps in the right direction for the entirety of what you are doing. Which will get you nowhere. ( For the gaming industry at least)

It's definitely meant for pve tanking. With CP, minor mending, and the Stam morph, you end up with around 10% of your health restored every second. That's a really strong hot if you have 40k health. In a lot of pve content MT doesn't really move or if they do they move right back to keep the boss still so it's not hard to stay in your rune.

I think this goes without saying. It's a PVE change. Standing in one place is suicide in PVP. I will miss the extra resistances but I will give it a try on my tank, in PVE of course. (why even tank in PVP, seriously?)

Honestly, rune focus is a good enough skill already, just remove the heal, and replace our wonderful soul gem filling passive with it.
Something like: while under the effects of any restoring light ability, heal for 5% of your max life every second.
    Wham, bam, done.
