Restoring Focus (morph):
This morph now increases the healing done by 25% and ranks up in healing done by 1.1% per rank, rather than duration (note the duration remains at 20 seconds due to the base ability duration increasing).
Increased the Stamina restored per tick to 242, up from 240.
Reduced the base cost to 918, down from 920, to ensure it meets the 15% standard cost reduction of Stamina based abilities. That 2 Stamina may save your life one day, just maybe.

I want a dev comment on that.

What exactly is your problem with that skill? It's a small buff for solo / small scale Templars and a small nerf for group play.

With how long you stay in the circle, its really neither.

Small buff for dueling, small nerf for pve dps.

half the time you won't be in the rune unless you're a tank anyway so this change really accomplishes nothing

staying in one place in pvp is always your dead especially as templar you get maybe 2-3 heals from that and run
