The Patch Notes are 6 months behind the PvP Meta

Artic Wind nerf? Irrelevant when other non-HP based heals were balanced with +1000 (that in reality is a bit more) WD/SD to off set the lower values they previously had.

HP Regen nerf? It was a relevant stat 4 months ago when all we had were proc set builds with a lot of sustained damage and not broken burst damage combos that we have now; nobody is EVEN THINKING about going HP Regen this patch when you do not get actual time to recover from loads of damage coming your way and you even thought it was the correct thing to kill an already worthless PvP stat now.

    Actually both hit home for what is going on right now. 1000 wep damage doesn’t matter for heals when most everyone dies outright anyway. Especially given that they are pointing you towards damage as damage vs damage with tankiness as there was before.

    They're patching/nerfing the proc set meta so that the proc sets can return to Cyro so of course it will be relevant to what happened several months back.

    I mean it's kind of typical ZOS balancing, changing the the wrong things and not changing what needs to be changed. I feel like there needs be a smaller patch just for balance in-between each of the major patches so they can more quickly react to whats going on.

    thats what happens when you balance at most ~4 times a year.

    its a horrid environment to play in as a player, and makes the devs look constantly silly / out of touch.

    on that time table we dont get fixes to things we are having problems with till half a year later, and by that point we are dealing with completely new (in ZOS terms, its roughly ~3 months old problems to the rest of the world) problems.

    it burns you out so much, so frustrating.

    I read the patch notes and don't remember seeing a hp regen nerf. Could you please elaborate?

    They made a note about it but on the original post they forgot to put it in the patch notes. The notes should now say Battle Spirit reduces health recovery by 50%.
