I am glad "Master-at-Arms" came back because many direct damage skills were kinda left off and could not properly apply to "Deadly Aim"

and for "Weapons Expert" I miss it so much :smiley:

    I have not missed Weapons Expert. I have no issue with LA weaving, I just like DPS more when my ability hit harder vs being an LA turret for all of my damage.

    Was thinking those stars were absent because of balancing but apparently cp 2.0 becoming just cp 1.0, 2 years in development they said.

    Don’t forget that Heavy Attack builds also exist which overall can take massive advantage of ‘Weapon Expert’.

    Too bad it’s all slottable stars that were added. All four slots are already pre-determined in the Warfare tree by anyone with a proper DPS setup. No room to make use of any of the new stuff - what a waste.

    Master-At-Arms looks to be the new BIS DPS slotted star now, it basically combines the effects of Biting Aura and Deadly Aim into one star and likely stacks with them too. What was that about "reducing top-end DPS" and "adding stars for support roles" this patch? Just a meme I guess, none of the support stars are any good.

    Ironically, I joked back in December that they would announce a plan for a champion point rework and that it would take them a whole year to end up where they started... starting to look like that may turn out to be true.
