I received an email saying my ESO Plus was cancelled. I never did this but when I went online to access my account it is saying I'm suspended? Can someone please help me and let me know what the issue is so I can remedy it? I went though account recovery already but I've seen on here and Reddit how long these things can take and was hoping to not miss the last few days of the anniversary jubilee or get kicked from my guild
