The final burst occurs immediately if you recast early. Unstable wall can be used as an AoE spammable similar to Ele Ring or Shock Clench. Why we have 3/5 skills in the destruction staff line filling this same role I have no idea.

Test with daedric tomb, worse DPS even with 2 hit per cast 100% of the parse. And 2 hit / cast is really difficult, it's an exploit only for parse.

Definitely not an exploit. If you use Daedric Tomb for any length of time, you get used to casting it right under enemies' toes which will routinely cause them to take damage from two of the mines without even moving. You can even get all three on small (humanoid) sized targets with pixel-perfect aiming -- it's quite easy on bosses and others with large hitboxes. You aim it right, and you'll be setting off all three mines on big boys almost accidentally.
It's in no way a bug, exploit, or anything like that; if you're not setting off at least 2 of the mines with each cast, you're not aiming the skill well.

What I think they mean by exploit, is actually cheese.
Some people position a dummy in an area which means all three mines hit them (like near a wall so one will go on the wall and also trigger). So it gives you a bigger dpa parse than your likely to ever get as you'll never be able to get an enemy in the position.
Not putting words in their mouth, but I think they mean that.

I'm not considering daedric tomb, I don't think that is a good option for most content. I'm just surprised you use 3 heavy attacks and it seems to work so well. 6 skills and 3 heavies would seemingly be above a 10 second rotation (length of wall and orb), so I would have thought it would be a DPS loss to do that.
