Purchased Greymoor Upgrade Edition...

...But I forgot to check for a collector's upgrade edition and I wish I had cause that mount is right up my ally. Is there a way to purchase the Greymoor Digital Collector's upgrade edition at the price difference of an extra $10? Or am I totally mistaken and the price was originally way more than $39.99 before I bought standard and that $39.99 price is the already adjusted amount?

The Greymoor Digital Collectors Edition Upgrade would still cost the same amount through the ESO store even if you've already purchased a digital upgrade version of Greymoor.

If you wait for the next chapter to drop(about 2 months), there might the 'collector's pack' in the crown store like they've done with all previous chapters (Summerset CE items came out when Elsweyr dropped, Elsweyr items came out when Greymoor dropped...). It will just be a package with the items granted from the CE.
