(Guildmate has been doing more testing themselves & it really does seem there is a cap at 250%. Which is why would like official confirmation as would make using the 150% scrolls + pie redundant.)

would be useful if you'd post more of that testing methodology and results of your guild mate.

chances are 99.99999% it will get us as a community answers faster than asking for a dev response.

You know instead of demanding a official response to your question, when you got all necessary info from fellow players AND it can be easily tested by yourself AND there is an official answer to this in help section already (that can be found with google btw).

I was getting a 3.6x multiplier on the ~800 master writs I did last night

150% scroll + 100% Jester's bonus + 10% ESO+

Normally w/ ESO+ only an equipment master writ gave 18,350 XP. Yesterday they were giving me about 60,000 each.

And lo and behold ( 18,350 / 1.1 ) * 3.6 ~ 60,055...

No need to get snarky. Am asking, not demanding.

I am fully aware of what they *say* should be happening, but am also aware that what they say and how the game behaves are two very different things.

Guild mate is testing. I shall ask for some more figures. I can’t test at the moment as not playing, but will try later.

And the forum overseers have replied to far less ‘important’ threads than this.

And it is relevant. If someone has purchased xp scrolls from the crown store, but they are not working properly, then that is a problem.

Could be rounding. Altmer get a 1% extra boost, which could account for some. ZoS has done some funny rounding previously.

That said, we're talking the difference between a 3.6x multiplier and a 3.62x multiplier

Not the 2.5x multiplier that is claimed in other posts. We're clearly getting all of our XP buffs.

And I don't remember the exact XP I got for each one. Was trying to be as efficient as I could so I wasn't wasting 150% XP scroll time, since they are pretty valuable.

I do know that it was above 60k XP for each, since I could see the total going up. The 60,627 could be correct, I just knew it was right about 60k.

I wasn’t able to test a daily crafting writ with a 150% scroll because I can’t remove the 50% prematurely.

I will test again with a 150% scroll when I can.

Per UESP, a max-level (level 50) character gets an "average" xp quest reward of 7485. Quests that award "very high" xp, like master writs, multiply that value by 2.25, so a master writ done on a level 50 character (regardless of CP) should grant 16841.25, rounded down to 16,841.

The following *should* be the xp with select further multipliers:

ESO+: 7485 * 2.25 * 1.1 = 18,525
ESO+, event buff (210%): 7485 * 2.25 * 2.1 = 35,367
ESO+, event buff, 150% xp scroll (360%): 7485 * 2.25 * 3.6 = 60,629 (60628.5, rounded up)

If that last number (60628.5) is off by just a hair over 1 xp (60627.4999), e.g. because of some intermediate rounding, then that would produce the 60,627 you saw quoted on the reddit thread.
