Pie memento missing from collection

I've done the Jesters festival every year in the past but now the pie is missing from my collection. I don't want miss out on double exp Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, I looked for it for a bit before I realized where it was.

It's nice that the XP buffs are all in the Tools section now. Makes them easy to find.

With multiple threads on this topic, we've decided to close this discussion. As mentioned in the posts above, the Pie of Misrule has moved to the tools section. Once you complete the intro quest for the Jester's Festival you can activate it to gain an XP boost.

Where can I find "The Pie of Misrule" that I received from The Jester's Festival?
