Stuck in a 5 second login queue. EU/PC - Steam

Hi, ive been having issues logging in today. After the short update i launched the game and it refuses to move past the 5 second login queue. This is only for EU, i can actually log in just fine on US. I tried restarting the launcher, then repairing the launcher and also validating files thru Steam.
Nothing posted on twitter and no reports of server issues so if this is on my end, what should i do to try and fix it?

EDIT: I missed the huge bright red notice about the log in issues -.- i suppose its a problem not on my end so ill just be patient till it resolves :) Just seems odd i could log into the US servers and not the EU.
