I haven't actually bothered doing them since the event a few months back, normally it was just me, myself and I. And those Shrike enemies are a nightmare solo..

Of course, those patch notes might have considered storms to be world bosses (for some reason), or just have been negligent in their wording.
You can see the difference between the three types of boxes and which of your characters have how many of each. Can't remember if that's from an addon, but I would think so.

Could somebody please spell out an accurate version of that? Thanks!

Stop the ghosts reaching the pikes. Enough of them manage it, you get a boss spawn in the centre. You can get overwhelmed if too many are in the mix (like the hateful shrikes). I've done this with my tank and 1 DD. Tank doesn't even need to kill them, just chain/leash them once and move on. They remain stunned in place till they despawn for the next wave.
Tank controls the ghosts, no spawns.. DD only has to deal with pikes and occasional trash.
[Edit] Didn't finish properly. Rinse/repeat till the Harrow main boss spawns...

leads furnishing plans drop from both the storm itself and the daily so they are worth doing.
But No buff to them at all one only has to look as Elswyer dragons to see how difficult farming them will be after blackreach comes out, people will move on and anyone wanting anything from the storms will be screwed if there hp is buffed.
