Friends List - Now Resets Every time you Log Out?

Before, i remember being able to log in and see:
~What character my friends were last on.
~How long ago that was.
~What alliance, etc.
Now? It resets every time I'm logged in, and only remembers things I see while online.
Intentional? Not?

MKintr✭✭✭It's not just the friends list. Also the whole guild rosters. That blocks guilds from taking new players in. ZOS ignored every plead for a fix or just for more infos.2 -
