Friends List - Now Resets Every time you Log Out?

Before, i remember being able to log in and see:

~What character my friends were last on.
~How long ago that was.
~What alliance, etc.

Now? It resets every time I'm logged in, and only remembers things I see while online.

Intentional? Not?

Adding: This is on PC/NA. No Addons installed.

there is a visual bug with the friends list, I have the same problem. Maybe today's maintenance will fix it, maybe not

It's not just the friends list. Also the whole guild rosters. That blocks guilds from taking new players in. ZOS ignored every plead for a fix or just for more infos.

Don't think it will, today's maintenance is for consoles only.

PC/EU same thing. Asking for any fix is pointless. They will choose what to fix/screw at their leisure. Just like any other dev studio. Games are just like this these days.
