Aldmeri Dominion/Daggerfall Covenant/Ebonheart Pact Storylines occur simultaneously. (Cadwell's Silver/Gold sends you back in time to experience the ones you didn't originally do.)
Fighter's Guild/Mage's Guild Storylines occur simultaneously
Planemeld (Main Quest)
Craglorn

583 - Planemeld Aftermath

Dark Brotherhood/Thieves Guild storylines occur simultaneously

Is that about right, if one were to account for the passage of time, despite ZOS's stubborn insistence against it? Am I missing anything? Is anything out of place?

If not, then can we just adopt this ourselves as a basic timeline, to start from?

tl;dr: ZOS tried to be wishy-washy when it comes to their timeline, although some parts of the story clearly follow each other and some attempts at concurrence would be physically impossible. People pointed out not long ago how insane it would be from the perspective of a player who did all the things over 7 years while seemingly very little ingame lore time has passed.

Essentially we are moving into 587 at this point.

At least that's my headcanon and I intend to ignore any and all references to it still being 582.

I would say Craglorn is also in the aftermath of the Planemeld personally but that looks about right to me, chief.
