Looking for daytime guild

Hi there! I am a new player on the Xbox with currently 132 champion points. Before I got myself an Xbox, I have played ESO on the PC for a little while.
I am from Europe and joined the NA server, because I play together with one of my best friends who is from the NA. Therefor I am looking for a daytime guild. My experience on the PC was great; to be able to join guild events where we would hunt for skyshards or we all went fishing together in a group, etc. There are such events here as well, just a little too late for me.
So basically I would love to join a guild who have events like this planned a little earlier on the day as I learn more about the game and grow and eventually can become a part in other things like trials or help out other guild members by crafting things.
