Blackwood Purchase

Hi,
I'm considering getting the Physical Collector's Edition for Blackwood because the Mehrunes Dagon Statue kicks serious ass but there were a few questions I had.

Do I get an email code so I can get access to the Content Day 1 even if the item gets held in custom or delayed? I live in Canada but have to get it shipped from the US and customs are insane rn
Do I also get a code to access the pre-order content? I don't want to order a much more expensive edition where I'd lose out on content.

I am definitely ordering Blackwood, this just lets me decide where I am getting the Physical Collector's Edition, Digital Collector's Edition or just the Digital Upgrade.

I appreciate the customer service in this game and this is the second time I have gotten this response

That does not answer the question. Yes I know the differences between the game editions, my question is in regards to parts of the Physical Collector's Edition and how various rewards are redeemed. Does anyone have answers as to the question I asked or has that information yet to be determined on the company's end?

I could be wrong or overlooking something but I don’t see anything stating that is a Physical Collector’s Edition? That is the Mehrunes Dagon Premium Bundle which includes only a physical statue, coin and lithograph print. It doesn’t look to include any sort of DLC.

You are not wrong. That is not a physical collectors edition. It is just merchandise. The statue is not the same size as the normal physical collectors editions and would stand out in that collection. So, unfortunately, I will have to pass on the collector's edition.
