A while back I tried to log-in to my account. When I did the system says I'm logging on from a new device and/or browser (I'm not btw) and for security purposes a verification code will be sent to my e-mail address. Simply put, I am not receiving these verification e-mails.
I submitted an online account recovery ticket - #:210224-005647, I received a standard reply e-mail telling me to allow the noreply e-mail address and to turn off firewalls etc. I'd done those things prior anyway, and it then advised me to fill in the form I had already submitted which generated another ticket - #:210227-004570
I've received no further feedback since and I cannot log-in to my account as a result. I really want to purchase the new chapter and I cannot do it at the moment, pleas help??
