First I'll mention I made a ticket for this, but I really don't feel like they are getting the situation since they were asking for my tech specs when definitely seems like an account issue (I don't pretend to know better than tech support... but I'll explain below)
Situation: I'm a new player, I bought the base game and had some misinformation about how plus and the chapters worked. I realized the new Blackwood collection was better for what I wanted. Opened a ticket and asked for the refund on the base game since I wanted the collection. Was told it was being processed and was advised I could buy the Collection during this process without problems. The refund for the basegame went through, and the moment I got the email it did, I couldn't log into my account as it says my information is incorrect or my account is inactive. I log into the website and it says My account it "Active - Trial" and I THINK it only seems to think I have Blackwood, and not the collection, despite it being in my billing history. I would really like some advise or solutions on this to set this right, as I don't feel like I'm getting anywhere with the ticket.
