Gifting timer not going down

I've had my account for a couple of years, just a few weeks ago I got back to the game and bought ESO plus, but i keep getting the notification whenever i log in on any character that gifting will unlock in 30 days also meaning i can't gift anything from the crownstore, when I try to it says I can't which would make some sense but the timer isn't even going down it's still on 30 days when I've had eso plus for about 2 weeks or more. So I'm wondering if it's going to be fixed after 30 days or that I just won't be able to gift at all.
