and? what uses does it have?
pve useless, you don't help the team at all, maybe afk tank in overland only
pvp useless, without stamina or magicka to use heals it's just a matter of time until you die
i logged at first patch day to look at new cp system.
Joined also some bg matches to look how armor changes feels...
And met many players with such types of builds.
Chaos ball, Relic and flag matches are frustrating with them around.
Boring, sickly but effective.
Crymson, harbinger, malacath and similar *** users feels same disquisting
Uninstalled eso back
@ZOS_BrianWheeler what's about doing also something with procsets in general? Direct autodamaging and autohealing ones to be clear, like crymson, caluurion, malacath, viper and another *** with same simple mechanics!

Funny thing. My stam DK has been running Alessian + Willow's Path, since before this patch. Not any of the other stuff, though. Not Troll King, not Steed, not health regen enchants, not heavy armor and only 26K health. I wanted a tanky(ish) medium build and that's what I had come up with. Last patch this wasn't that strong. Sorcs could give me a really hard time.
I've only been briefly in IC this patch and the build felt good alright. With Strategic Reserve my health regen ranges from 3K to 6K. Would I say the build is improved? Yeah, I think so. At the same time, so are stamblades, which hit me with a 12K Incap alone. Reduced crit resist is an issue. I don't think I've ever been hit for more than 10K on anything but my squishiest builds in the past. As someone said, burst may kill you, since health regen only ticks every 2 seconds. Also: A DK who doesn't frequently use their ultimate is a bit of an oxymoron. I have a tendency to save my ultimate more than other players, but always saw that as a weakness in my playstyle.
So, is it strong? Yeah. Especially with more health, I imagine. I think it's a bit early to tell how prevalent and obnoxious this will become, though. A PvPer who doesn't frequently use their cheap, offensive ultimate is not a good one in my book. I don't think this will suit experienced players all that much. Maybe builds that use expensive ultimates, such as the warden ice ult or Meteor. Do werewolves accumulate ulti in werewolf form? I actually think they don't, right?
