Broken Guild Listing - Options?

Is the Guild Listing utility broken, or am I missing something? We have a guild dedicated to older players which should be listed in the Guild Finder. When I search for our name or browse the listings we do not appear, no matter which filter options I select. I don't want to spam zone chat in game, but how does one advertise their guild without the guild finder (or zone chat)?
