Unable to gift, stuck on 30 day timer

Good afternoon! I too am unable to gift anything with the Crown store. My first purchase of crowns was on Jan 3rd, but every time I log in I receive the notification that I still need 30 days. The timer keeps resetting on log in. I have submitted tickets, but I receive a generic response of "must wait 30 days, if you have then please reply to this email". I have replied to no avail. My tickets are 210221-008696 and 210222-004284
