crashing at character select screen

since last PTS patch i havent' been able to get TO the character select screen, just as its loading up, it freezes. Its all blurry and then one keypress or click and it goes black and i have to alt tab out of it to close the game. I have tried from a fresh reboot and still the same problem.

athena9205✭✭✭nevermind, the graphics on PTS where set to ultra high and my radeon software is buggy. The crash wasn't' from ESO but from the graphics software, I run the live version on bare minimum with no problems.0
