CP3600 doesn't show on existing character

Of course I had to create a fully maxed character so I can explore the CP further, but in the guild roster, my other characters still show as CP1371 and not CP3600. As I'm never going to create a CP3600 character on live, this may be irrelevant, but still, a silly little bug. I was able to allocate CP and still show as 1371.

I don’t think that’s a bug, if I understand the issue right.

Creating a max template toon does not automatically boost your account or your other characters to 3600, even just for the purposes of the PTS.

If you want to test your existing characters with CP 3600, you'll have to "recreate" a template character to match them.

The other characters all have 3600 points to allocate in line with the maxed character created; just the guild roster shows them at the previous level. The screenshot shows the situation.
