Only if you invest fully in potion CD(30 s). If you have 33 sec CD on potion it generates appx the same amount. Counter argument would of been an actual good set in pve trials but now it's dead and will probly never be used when there are better sets than it at this point like arkasis... it generates more ult at this point than drakes rush
How is it still too strong?Imagine thinking this set is bad after the deserved ninja rework. I'd even argue it's still too strong due to the fact that having a 66% uptime on major heroism is absolutely ridiculously strong in any given context, be it PvP or PvE.
