Bosmer needs a buff!!!

Make bosmer's master of the bow like whwn they equip a bow. They get 5% DMG boost.
Also, bring back their stealth passive.
Lastly, give them 10% movement speed.

Or

Just give them to dodge any attack by 3%

Yup. It’s weird that for bow dps, their are better race choices.

Also they do need their stealth back.

No it's not. The Stealth thing is also helpful for Dark Brotherhood or Thieves Guild quest and is also very much a lore thing. Bosmer were "the stealth race" for 25 years and for 5 years in ESO until ZOS changed that for no good reason.

Stealth detect = pvp only

Improved stealth = pvp and pve

Bosmers need their improved stealth returned.

Probably Bosmer is the best stamina race in PvP.

With the changes to offensive penetration and movement speed is good but the offensive penetration is low. They should consider increasing the penetration back up to 1500 from 950. I would take the penetration over the movement speed, at least then it improves all my martial attacks i.e. the OP request to improve their bow specialization.
