What classes changes do you mean?

I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.

I’ve not heard anything official but there certainly should be, along with name change tokens. Last time major changes to racial passives were made, if my information is right, each player got three each race and name change tokens.

Question is if these changes qualify as major.

I can agree, that if it is classified as minor changes (i'd do so, it's certainly smaller change than the last racial rebalance) then we should receive less than 3 tokens, but certainly not zero.

Changes to racial passives are changes uncontrollable by player and players can't adapt to them without spending real money. If developers nerf my character and the only option to keep my current power level is to spend real money, that's what I would consider P2W. Players that spend money to race change to another race will gain advantage over players that do not spend real money and stick with nerfed race. So by spending money, they gain better combat stats thus gaining edge over other players by spending real money. And even if you don't consider it P2W (because you are allowed to trade gold for crowns), it is still harmful to the game due to increased crown price that will occur (usual crown ratio on PCEU is 1:450). Increasing crown conversion ratio leads to increased prices in stores as well, so new players might end up being dependant on gold sellers.

I personally still have one from last time. But I certainly would understand if they issued more again.

But as of yet nothing has been announced, which leads me to believe they will not this time around.

It will be bad, becouse you can easely get money on this.

Just change 2-3 race passives for some thing really bad and gain money.

It was popular in some free shards of some games before so not a new methode

And community will only be glad, that some one is nerfed so only 30% of players will not be happy.

Have yet to receive a free token, when race changes occur - probably not.

You say it now, but when you get this on your character you always will be unhappy.

A Khajiit since the begining, PvP or PvE it doesn't matter. There are no bad character races or classes in ESO. Only bad players who can't be bothered learning how to play outside of their comfort zone.

When ZOS gave out race change tokens in the past it was because they made fundamental changes to the roles for which some of the races were suited. The upcoming changes are nowhere remotely similar to that. They're relatively minor balance adjustments.

If ZOS thought it was necessary to give out change tokens for every minor balance update, they would have implemented class change tokens a long time ago (and would be giving them out almost every patch).
