Hi, like everyone I'm a little disappointed with the changes made in the patch 6.3.2, so let's try to make the CP2.0 better !

Here my guidelines :
- Actives stars cost 50cp with 5 stages if applicable. Weaker (or less useful) ones cost 25cp and stronger ones 100cp.
- Passives stars costs 25cp with 5 stages if applicable. Weaker ones could be paired at 15cp and 10cp, and stronger one cost 50cp.
- Bonus from actives stars should be compare with a 5th piece bonus set and passives ones compare to 2nd/3rd/4th piece set. The passives create the feeling of vertical progression and actives should be strong enough to feel a real specialisation with the 4 slots limit.
- Cap vertical power at 1200cp. It means 400cp by constellation, 200cp for the 4 actives stars and 200cp left for all the passives ones.
- Link stars by categories, place stronger passive at the end of the chain, but try to have as much as possible actives stars link to passives ones (to not create higher artificial power cap).
- Try to keep it as close as possible as it is actually. Because developers will not recreate the system from scratch, it will be more pertinent to just make some adjustment.

Craft constellation: here I was able to reach the cp1200 cap for 4 actives and all passives (need cp3900 to have all the actives)

Fleet Phantom (passive): 25cp with 5 stages, Reduces Movement Speed penalty of sneak by 5% per stage (max: 25%)

Warfare constellation : here I wasn't able to reach the cp1200, I'm blocked at cp1350 (that is always better than actually), we will have to remove some passive to do it, but they are necessary to keep a balance between them all. With all the passive we arrive at cp4650.

    The other thing you can do, if you're reticent to change too much what you did, is putting the cp point all together. Then, everytime we gain a lvl, we can spend it in any constellation (like it is in skyrim). I saw this request in multiple posts and I totally agree with that.

    Because the three constellations are not used for the same thing, you can potentially divide by three the vertical progression. That way players at cp810 already reached it. Everything else became horizontal progression.
    Furthermore, you always have a power cap with the limited number of passives stars and the four actives slots. It keeps a good power balanced and more variety into builds .
