Sorc healer, no bar space for flex skills.

    Just drop Matriarch, it’s a nice 360 no scope yeet burst but generally not necessary. Springs, combat prayer, orb, radiating, Inner light, Storm atro front bar passively for spell damage and should you wish to drop it on a dds head for major berserk.
    Liquid is a flex now that Alkosh is dead and buried so something here to suit your needs - blockade for off balance, dark conversion (prefer this to frags for the most part so you don’t really need to run any sustain just full spell damage as it’s “infinite” sustain itself as long as you’re playing it smart, i think someone did mention it’s a bit of a pain in the arse as the animation needs to be seen through which is true, and use with caution as it also drops your block. If you’re uncomfortable then frags are fine and infinitely more fun. Mines are niche and be mindful they also CC adds - which then makes them CC immune to be chained, not ideal for the tank.), power surge and ele drain with warhorn backbar.

    Much like how many DDs don't know how to weave, a lot of 'healer mains' don't know how to keep decent uptimes on HoTs (which efficiently keeps the group alive both in time and resources spent) and buffs/debuffs and instead opt to spam whatever 'burst heal' skill reactionarily (wasting global cooldowns unnecessarily and wasting more Magicka than necessary/risk going empty) :'(

    Most also keep Absorb Magicka on both bars not knowing how weapon enchants work...

    Not all enchants require damage to proc. I agree with keeping minor sorcery though...with crystal weapon not frags...

    As far as I know, all enchantments require you to attack a target to proc (I've never tested to see if they proc if for some reason the attack does zero damage). In a previous post you claimed that the Weakening enchant could proc on heals, but that's obviously false. You can't heal enemies and Weakening requires an enemy target.

    Also, the whole point of using blockade isn't just to proc enchantments (which you could also do with light/heavy attacks), it's to proc back bar enchantments while on your front bar.

    Lastly, using Crystal Weapon on a healer is very off-meta, FYI.

    Especially with the Minor Berserk nerf, there are a lot of dungeon PUGs in which Combat Prayer has little value.

    What did I miss? When did this happen?

    It's down from +8% to +5%. And of course any such figure should be divided by 1.4 or more to estimate the real effect.

    So the benefit to damage is capped near 30% of (one second of) group DPS. If the DDs are good (and both in the area of effect of the skill), that's still OK for an expensive cast. But it's no longer an amazingly great must-have part of a steady rotation.
