Is there a limit how many points can you put in steed’s Blessing?

New PTS notes states it was reduced to 0.4 per point, but is there a limit how many points can be put max?

Adept rider appears to work for all movement. So walking feels roughly like a non adept rider sprint.0

Awesome thanks. I guess that set would then allow with proper setup of sets movement at capped 200%.0
