Is there no one you can actually talk to for legit issues? I am experiencing a number of issues with my account and all I can get are generic form responses from online support which are of no help whatsoever. There's no phone number you can call, no in-game assistance, nothing. All you get is generic automated responses (after a few days of submitting a ticket) that tell you to do the obvious - disable addons and run repair. And if you've already done that? If you encounter a game-breaking bug, I guess you're supposed to just live with it. I used to love this game, but now I can't recommend it to anyone due to lack of support. Even Activision-Blizzard-WoW treated their customers better than this... and that was painful to write but had to be said.

    Respond to the automated message and that will get you a human support person.

    PS. If you want to see truly terrible support try playing SWTOR for a while.
