Usually I don't experience many issues, but the last two days Guild Chat 1 has been down and is stuck in the endless loop. I know a few weeks ago there was a maintenance that broke it or something and it was fixed the next day. This all might be part of a larger recurring issue that we on XB-NA has been fortunate enough not to experience, but we are now. Not sure if anyone else outside of my guild is though, I would imagine so.

    Just touching base on this, Guild voice chat is still down as of 2/8/21.

    That's fair. However, this is an issue happening to everyone that I know on Xbox NA. I will still submit a ticket out of respect to protocol but I wanted to raise the issue so it was brought to light that there is a larger issue than just me.

    As a follow up to this, support determined the issue somehow lies within my particular guild(that I am GM of) and all of its members. All members confirm this issue has been happening for a week or so now but doesn't with any other guild. There is no fix in place for this yet

    @ZOS_BillE The ticket number is 210209-003019 - I haven't gotten any responses yet. The issue was resolved this morning after the maintenance, but I wasn't sure if this was isolated to something within my guild or not because it was a guild specific issue. I am more wanting to ensure that anything configured with my guild won't cause this to happen again. I understand that game issues happen, but when issues specific to my guild come up, I try to investigate to ensure I am providing the best experience to my members.
