Wrothgar Museum Bug

Ok I'm going to go into a rant. I love this game and the devs but going to go off filter and just state things as they are ---
The wrothgar museum is bugged. I understand there was a bug that was introduced into the game 6mo ago and it was supposed to be fix back in December. I wasn't around then so I don't know the details but I do know that the museum is still not working. When you place an item in the museum it removes it from your inventory but does not display and the game does not record that you have gotten that item. This bug has been in the game for way too long at this point - I understand the whole "we are aware of this issue and working on it" but at 6mo that's not an appropriate response.
I understand games have bugs - but this particular bug should be frontloaded into the very next patch. Honestly it's one of those things that you should not be releasing a patch until you have this fixed. It locks every player in the game out of zone completion in wrothgar (which is paid DLC content).
Anyways, I wouldn't normally make a thread and make a big deal out of it but in this particular case it is something that actually needs to be fixed in the very next patch or you have no business releasing the patch. I was talking in zone chat and at least 10 different people said they submitted a bug report just today. If it isn't fixed, it's not "being worked on" it's "being ignored". There's a difference.

I have experienced it on two different characters now and according to the 'official' bug thread it has been around for donkeys.
I would very much like to complete that chapter, please patch it out.0 -
