ZOS Please make Monster Sets apply Status Effects again

I really don't understand why ZOS did that.
A monster set must be most effective that a regular set. We only get Monster from Vet dungeons and keys or Golden. They should be better in every area that a regular set that you can craft, get overland or normal dungeons.
