Blackwood preorder collection and older chapters

If i prepurchase a blackwood collection (the one with greymoor, elsewyr and summerset) while i already have the base version of the game + morrowind when are the older chapters unlocked for my account? Right after the purchase or at the blackwood launch?

As mentioned here, you can begin your adventure immediately in the base game or previous Chapters if you pre-purchase the Collection.
