It was not mentioned in today's notes and after logging into PTS I can confirm that maxed templates are still bugged at 810 CP.

I wonder how many people who are asking for 3600 CP templates are 3600 on live.

If they do add 3600 CP options, which they probably should, I really hope people will take the time to compare how different amounts of CP specced will affect how content feels etc.

Rather than just doing dummy parses at 3600 and claiming people are making a fuss about nothing.

This testing cycle is to test and the current CP cap sense its 810 on live but its only 810 for those ether not higher then that on the US server or your a EU player. Cause of the fact its set to US server copies. They might allow the testing of 3600 cp at the week 3 patch but I do not think they will do that during the current PTS cycle and will do it with the chapter release instead so players have time to work towards that CP level first.

You can still test higher CP levels due to character copies (EU ones arriving most probably in a week). It's only an unnecessary inconvenience for players that are not above 810 on live and for those of the opposite server. I am patient and will wait for the EU copies, but still want to help those players that are willing to test things but 810 cp template prevents them from doing so.

They have no intention on releasing a 3600 CP template. What they are looking at is testing for the current 810 CP cap, which all the EU players will only have access to, and if you play on NA this allows you to test your current CP. It is to give them an idea at the power levels that will be on live come this patch, 3600 CP tests as of right now a irrelevant because their are only two players in the world at that point.

The best thing to do is test at 810 CP and compare it to the power if you used all your CP, that is if you are on the NA server. The only downside is the testing of all this is going to be extremely limited until the CP is properly working as some are currently bugged, and the armor debuffs not working. So, although I agree testing at 3600 given they are not increasing the speed at which you gain CP is irrelevant, all the testing is rather useless until they fix the CP bugs and the armor debuffs.

Oh I was not meaning any thing like that but was simply stating what I have seen done on PTS sense well forever. I also wish to show people what they can do with what they have in cp.

The problem is I can't parse and make dps assumptions unless they fix Attro penetration of course and allow me to use more than 810 CP (I am 1410 on live, which means quite a big dps difference in comparison to 810). But I am patient, EU copies usually take place on week 3.

You answered your own question. Test it out a bit with the 810 CP, maybe do some vma or something then in week 3 when the EU server gets their copies you can compare.
