Access Code

I've been trying the last couple days to get into PTS but I require an Access Code cause it doesn't recognize my computer ... I have done this every day for the past 3 days at the same time giving it 24ish hours each time to try again. Anything I can do to get said Code sent to me? I've changed my email address even, I've checked my spam folder and every other option i can think of as to get this email. Please Help

Hey @aneova_ESO, have you tried whitelisting the email addresses noreply@elderscrollsonline.com and noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com?
