    It's part of the fun.

I'd disagree. If they don't have any warmth of their own, they could turn into icicle in a colder environment. Quite a solid reason to care about temperature.

That's the reason they normally have servants. To make them hot baths at home... and rub them warm while on travels. I'm sure it's like that. The opposite hasn't been proven yet :p

Is it possible that you are debating your body heat elsewhere ?

To me...the best looking cities from ESO design team are the ones from Cyrodiil. Anvil and Kvatch are superb. Now I see that Leyawiin too. Looks very very good.
Let's hope to will see more Cyrodiil cities in the future.

    You are right...
I also think that if Anvil and Kvatch were released now, they would be very faithful to the TES IV models. Which would bother me a bit because the ESO versions are really good.

The fact that Anvil is visually (in broad outline) the same as TES IV but still different is interesting ... especially since the city was the victim of a big fire later ESO and before TES IV.

As for Kvatch, this Second Empire style version is really pleasant. I was hoping to find this style in Blackwood in the Black Marsh areas but it will obviously be the same style as Leyawiin.
