This is what bothers me. Leyawiin lies at the mouth of the Niben river. It is the mouth of the Niben River. Yet there is no massive river running through/past with enough clearance for ships to pass.
This is why I hoped they wouldn't copy Oblivion's so much and more go after some concept art of the city or a combination, which makes a lot more sense.
How is it supposed to be one of the most trafficked rivers in Tamriel when ships can't pass Leyawiin?!
So better to keep him away from the open fire and not have a fireplace next to the bed.
