Real situation with update: I have some questions !

Let's stay calm. And just look at this changes ... calm.

First of all, how will changes like this help ?
I first think that champion points will not be needed so much for lover CP players to have the same power as high end players. And all that big CP player will gain is utility.

But in reality you get the same or even more good bonuses that you need before this change.

What is purpose of update like this ?

Why is it better ?

Ok now lets do not care about DPS, just about : How will it help, who need such changes ?

The next question is:
Why so much thingth change that much each update ?
Why no permament constants ?

Do ZOS have any concept of the game, that they follow ?
It do not look like this for now.

This game have to much dead skills - that are no use. Some classes have a lot of skills like this, other classes have all usefull skills.

Lets ask about it more directly, what is each class concept now ?

Sorc, NB are good. Have mobility or invisiability. Unique gameplay.

Warden, templar, DK, necro - what is there difference in concept of PVP now as example ? Tanks with little differences ?

Some skills are hardly underperforming.

CP change will not help in this problem.
The same for race skill changes.

Will we have permament something in this game, if we do when and what ?

It is not comfartable to play if all change each update.

Can we understand what game concept do TESO follow now ?

What are standarts for sets, skills and etc to discuss it ?

About PVE i do not like current changes.

It do not let me go PVE and PVP in CP with same CP skills, so i see no difference it is the same uncomfortable.

But lets take CP PVP.

Players will get more stats. t is nerf not only to proc sets, but with more values you basecally have all sets are weaker than before.

If player have more resources and you can not one shot him, you will try to overcome it with DOTS.

But hots are as strong as before.
A lot of HP regen, shields power ups in CP.

How do ZOS think it will help.

Why are these changes good ?

I do not see anything good in it, the same for class changes.

Why do TESO need this changes ?

    I have video, where i get server lugs when i was alone and put to much dots damage.

    May be there is another reason for that, as example it do some ask do database on each seporate DOT hit ?

    Other games do not have such problems, so it looks more like mistake on server side how game works with information.

    Why not calculate all dots on the same timer like all hits per 1 second as example and do not send it like seporated data but as one pack ?

    I do not know details like it work now, but it is more likely this problem.

    CP like it is now can not help, you calculate the same as before now.

    You calculate each armore part, the same CP, bonuses.

    It do not look like it can help.
