I understand that snipe in PvP was a major problem when it desynched but how do you figure taking 21% of the damage makes it more potent in a rotation? What you have done is try to fix a PvP desynch by killing bow/bow in PvE because looking at these numbers you just took the only ranged Stam option and made it fall even farther behind the others. This is going to be a 7k dps loss or more for the stam dps option that was already 7-10k behind the others.
