Did not received pet for twich stream, nor crates (blackwood reveal)

I watched entire stream 2h40min and as such I should receive 5 crates (1 per 30min) and a pet and I should be able to claim those rewards for 24h after the stream ended (as explained at the beggining by Gina). After the stream I went to claim my rewards and I was not able to. I keep receiving error code. What is more there seems to only be 1 crate instead of 5 - this one crate I managed to claim (it is on my eso account), but twitch still says unclaimed.

I'm really tired with constant problems and issues with this game, so for once do something right and just reward me those 4 missing crates and a pet as was promised.

And to add insult to injury for today drops from 'Global Reveal Event EU Post-Shows' (1 crate per 30min, limit of 2 crates), I claimed with sucess on twitch 2 crates but only one of them is showing on my ESO account. This is riddiculus at this point. I'm glad at least moving threads from bug reports to general help works guys, this is 'something'.

Hopefully, they'll actually look into your issue and not feed you the BS that they gave me about drops being random and there's nothing they can do. I stated what happened and attached the Twitch Drop page but all I received was the response below:

Apologies for the automated response, you know how machines can be. However I regret to inform you that Twitch Drops are random and frequency may vary. There is no guarantee of a drop, how often drops will be awarded, or what the reward will be. We are unable to grant drops to players outside of a Twitch stream.
