    Like... If the system doesn't work, let us go back to buying crowns through twitch or something so we at least have a chance. Or leave drops activated permanently and put a per-day cap on em if you just don't want us to have tons, because these problems are nonsense

    Can anyone tell me what a “international post show” is on twitch please because I just watched the uk 1500 broadcast and got no credit and guessing no pet either, so I’m thinking I just wasted an hour of my life listening to 5 people talking nonsense and a history of Skyrim

    Hi, I was able to claim 2 crates and the frog yesterday and completed the 100% on the final crate but it didn't show up to claim, I logged into twitch today and saw it there but it gives me an error when I try to claim it: Error Occurred

    Drop was not claimed.

    * Amended: So Twitch is showing the crate as not claimed (not removing it after claim) and giving me the error, at the bottom it shows the number of crates claimed (3) which matches the amount I have when I log into my ESO account. This looks to be Twitch side.

    Same error as GormBT. I have a crate that I can't "Claim Now". I did claim the pet and two other crates to ESO.

    I wouldn't mind if they accumulated over time and then built up and I had to manually collect them at some point in the future.

    I DO mind...
    - Only one builds at a time.
    - If one is accumulated, time does NOT count towards the next reward.
    - I have to manually get each reward as it comes.

    Honestly if this was a choice on Zos/Bethesda's side, PLEASE go back to the old system. If this is a change on Twitchs' end, please give them the feedback that this MUST become more friendly to viewers.

    I get them trying to encourage interaction, but for those who just want to watch, especially full screen, this new system is really intrusive.

    Sadly i have waited till now but i haven't received both frog and crates. I don't know what more to do, i submitted a ticket by the game....

    Agreed! I think there’s a problem with the Mobile app perhaps as the only progress bar I ever saw was the wheel one for the channel (so nothing to do with the drops, apparently). At least I was able to claim one crate and the pet. It’s not like I wouldn’t have watched otherwise but I find it frustrating that I didn’t get what I was supposed to and it detracted from my experience of it as I was clicking everywhere trying to find where or how I was supposed to claim additional crates. :confused:

    I do like the champ point change. I am worried it is going to gut the ability of Tanks and Healer to be able to run around and solo.
    Keep in mind we haven't seen everything, but what info has been released so for I am rather disappointed. It feels like a re-hash of Molag Bal. I am rather convinced that the pages of "Wish-lists" are ignored wholesale. I don't remember seeing companions in there and that is a whole other topic.
    Don't say -"Cash Grab" when it is a "Cash Grab" by ZoS. Apparently "Cash Grab" is not PC.

    This new twitch drop system dosent work. During this Tribunal event drops are supposed to be enabled for the whole duration. On day 1 it says on Twitch I'm supposed to recive 3 crates, only recived 1 and now I am not getting anymore drops for a 1,5 days after. Whats the point of drops for a whole event when you dont even get the drops Twitch says you're supposed to get? @ZOS_GinaBruno

    I received the drop from yesterday's stream, but it won't allow me to claim. I guess this is more of a twitch error than something ESO support can fix.sm0ujm5cgvnw.png

    Never mind, twitch derped and sorted itself out.

    Sorry to necro this thread, but I have another question and found no answer online. The twich drop is guaranteed now, which is great. I watched my favorite streamer Saturday afternoon and got a drop. Today , Sunday noon I started watching another streamer that has drops enabled - but my bar is not moving. When I open the drops page it says claimed - yesterday. So, my question would be - how long till I can get another drop ? I am in EU. It did not reset as my game resets, 7 am for the writs. I got my drop Saturday afternoon. How long till I can get another crate ? 24h ? Would make sense to reset daily but what do I know.... Thank you !

    In my experience it seems you can now only get exactly one crate per "campaign", no matter how many days it spans. At least that's how it asppeared last weekend - exactly like you described it. One drop on Saturday and that was it. Previously it was possible to get one crate each day.

    Was confirmed by one of the streamers I watched, 1 per "campaign" sadly enough.

    I want back my "one crate per day". Streamers will lose from this. We used to tune in every day during a campaign as you call it for hours, just to secure one crate. Now all we have to do is tune in the first day for 30mins, claim and bb.
